Terms of Service
The short version: we help you choose and apply, honestly and with your file prepared properly. We do not decide whether you get in, and we do not decide whether you get a residence permit. Nobody who tells you otherwise is being straight with you.

Who provides the service
FinnishLine Growth Oy (Business ID 3209925-2), Helsinki, Finland, is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Its Indian sister company, FinnishLine Edugrowth Private Limited (CIN U85500PB2023PTC060092), Mohali, Punjab, processes the same data when counselling students in South Asia.
These terms apply to this website and to the guidance services described on it.
What we do
- Help you work out which Finnish programmes you are actually eligible for.
- Prepare and check your application, and submit it where the university allows an agent to.
- Prepare you for university interviews and entrance tests.
- Help you assemble a residence permit file that meets Migri's published requirements.
- Support you with arrival practicalities such as housing and registration.
What we do not do
This is the part worth reading twice.
- We do not guarantee admission. The university decides. We can tell you honestly whether your profile is competitive; we cannot make the decision go your way.
- We do not guarantee a residence permit. The Finnish Immigration Service (Migri) decides. We can make sure your file is complete and correct.
- We are not an immigration consultancy and we do not provide legal advice. We are a student recruitment platform. We do not represent you before Migri or any court.
- We do not promise a processing time. We point you at Migri's current published figures, which change.
- We do not promise employment, a salary, or permanent residence. We can explain the rules as they stand.
What we expect from you
- That the information and documents you give us are true and your own. We will withdraw from an application if we find otherwise, and we will not refund work already done.
- That you meet the deadlines we agree, since most of them are set by universities and cannot be moved.
- That you tell us promptly if your circumstances change — your marks, your funds, your family situation — because all of them affect the application.
Fees
Tuition and application fees are set by the universities, not by us, and are paid to them. Any service fee we charge is agreed with you in writing before any work starts. We do not take payment to tell you whether Finland is realistic for you — that conversation is free.
Figures published on this website are indicative and dated. Where a university has not confirmed a figure, the page says so rather than guessing.
Accuracy of what you read here
We verify the Migri, Kela, FSHS and transport figures on this site and date them, and we re-check them each January when the Finnish authorities revise. Rules still change between reviews. Before you rely on a number for a decision that matters, check the official source we name beside it.
Liability
We are liable for failing to provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for decisions made by universities or immigration authorities, for changes in law or policy, or for losses caused by information you gave us that was incomplete or incorrect.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under Finnish or your local consumer law are unaffected.
Ending the arrangement
You can stop working with us at any time. We will tell you plainly what has already been done and what, if anything, is payable for it. We may stop working with you if the information you provide is false, or if conduct towards our staff makes the relationship untenable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes fall to the courts of Finland. If you are a consumer, you may also be able to bring proceedings where you live, and you can contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
